Whether you're in need of extra towels, sheets, market items or pet treats, Winnie can be at your door in 5 minutes. She is programmed with a map of the hotel, and can communicate with the elevator and phone systems, allowing for a seamless delivery of your items. A stalwart of our hotel since 2016, Winnie overnight went from novelty to necessity. She's more important now than ever before, offering guests the option to receive deliveries with the least amount of exposure. Winnie is thoroughly sanitized after each delivery.
